Beat your meat-ha ha-seriously it’ll stick together better, then add some garlic salt, some chopped onion a dash of pepper and beat it again- then make into patties and place on grill-enjoy!!!

Make you patties, Keep them under 1/3 of an inch thick. They will bulk up a bit during cooking. Make them bigger than the bun by about 1/2 inch on all sides. They will shrink to sixe
Add a little salt and pepper.
Put it on a medium grill.
DONT TOUCH IT
FLIP after 5 minutes
DONT TOUCH it.
REmove after 5 minutes
Add sauce after and not during. You will ruin your burger if you put any sauce on it while it is cooking.

after putting the patty on the grill, dust with onion powder, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash and Worcestershire sauce. Repeat after you flip it once.
It sound like a lot, but it will be the best burger you ever tasted.
